Injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, self-administration, veterinary administration, and every other form of use in or on a living human or animal are expressly prohibited. Purchasing a product does not authorize any such use.

02. No medical or clinical advice

Website content, product descriptions, scientific terminology, laboratory reports, and support communications are provided only for product identification and research reference. They are not medical advice, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations, or evidence that a Morris Peppy product is safe or effective for any health purpose.

Our team includes medical professionals licensed in the Philippines. That background does not make Morris Peppy a clinical service, and no one at Morris Peppy provides medical, dosing, reconstitution or administration guidance.

03. Regulatory status

Morris Peppy research products have not been registered with or evaluated by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration as medicines, food, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices. A similarly named ingredient appearing in an approved product does not make a Morris Peppy research product approved for human or veterinary use. Product names and abbreviations, such as “GLP-3 (RT)”, identify the research compound only and do not refer to or imply any branded or approved medicine.

04. Testing and Certificates of Analysis

Our batch testing, including purity, identity, contaminant, fentanyl and sterility checks, documents the quality of research material for laboratory use. A passing Certificate of Analysis does not mean a product is safe, suitable or approved for use in humans or animals, and it does not establish a dose or any health benefit.

05. Published research and product information

References to scientific literature describe work performed by independent researchers using particular materials, methods, and conditions. Those findings do not establish equivalence, safety, efficacy, suitability, or an approved use for products sold on this website.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and batch information accurate and may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors.

06. Telegram, community and third-party content

Messages posted by members in our Telegram group or other community spaces are their own views and are not endorsed by Morris Peppy. They are not medical advice or instructions for use. Our staff will not answer questions about dosing, mixing, injection or personal use, and we may remove such content.

07. Who may buy

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and buy either for a legitimate research organization or as a qualified independent laboratory researcher with suitable facilities and training. See our Research Compliance Statement.

08. Handling responsibility

Qualified purchasers are responsible for lawful procurement, secure storage, appropriate laboratory controls, protective equipment, recordkeeping, handling, and disposal. Research compounds may present hazards when handled improperly.

09. Misuse and limitation

Misuse is contrary to the express conditions of sale. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morris Peppy is not responsible for harm or loss caused by prohibited use, unlawful transfer, improper handling or storage, failure to follow the product label or COA, or use outside a controlled in-vitro laboratory setting.

Nothing on this page excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Refusal of service

We may refuse or cancel an order when information indicates intended human or animal use, unlawful distribution, fraud, or another violation of our Research Use Agreement. We may cooperate with regulators or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.
