30-Day Returns
Return any unopened vial within 30 days of delivery. Choose store credit for the full price you paid, or a GCash refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Contact us first and we’ll send you return instructions.
What’s covered
Any unopened, unaltered vial bought directly from morrispeppy.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No lab report or reason is required. Once the vial arrives and passes inspection, you choose how to be paid back.
Return conditions
- Unopened and unaltered: seal and cap intact, label undamaged, and the lot number matching your order.
- Bought directly from morrispeppy.com.
- One return per customer.
- Value is based on the price you actually paid, after bundle pricing, codes and points. Bundle vials are valued at their per-vial price.
- Restocking fee: 30% of the price paid for GCash refunds. No fee when you choose store credit.
- Return shipping: paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping fee: non-refundable, unless the whole order is refunded because of our error.
- Returned vials can’t be resold and are disposed of under laboratory-waste procedures, which is why a restocking fee applies to cash refunds.
- Damaged, wrong or defective items are not change-of-mind returns: they are replaced or refunded in full with no fee (see below).
Lost or damaged in delivery? We’ll replace it.
We replace products lost or damaged during delivery when ordered directly from Morris Peppy. If the product is out of stock, we refund it instead. Report damage within 72 hours of delivery, with your order number and your unboxing video: one continuous recording of opening the parcel, starting with it sealed and its shipping label in view. Wrong, missing or defective items
- Report wrong, missing or defective items within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and your unboxing video: one continuous recording of opening the parcel, starting with it sealed and its shipping label in view. We need it to confirm what arrived.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping.
Below-spec purity or content
- Every lot is released at a minimum of 98% HPLC purity, with peptide content within ±10% of the labeled amount.
- If an independent lab’s HPLC report shows your vial outside either limit, send us the report within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll refund the full price you paid, or give full store credit, with no restocking fee. The vial doesn’t need to be unopened.
Cancellations
- You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is packed.
- After that, use our 30-day returns.
Change of mind
- Covered by our 30-day returns for unopened, unaltered vials: full store credit, or a GCash refund minus a 30% restocking fee.
- Opened vials can’t be returned for a change of mind.
- Do not send products back without written instructions.
How refunds are paid
- Approved store credit or GCash refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned vial.
- Refunds for damaged, wrong or defective items are paid in full, with no restocking fee.
- Delivery fees are refunded when our error results in a full-order refund.
These terms don’t limit your rights under Philippine law.
Labels and reports can be copied. Check the purchase record and lot. Only buy sealed vials from morrispeppy.com — we sell exclusively through this website and don't authorize any reseller, distributor, or third-party marketplace to carry our products. If you bought from anywhere else, what's in that vial is outside our control.
Our 30-day returns and shipping protection apply only to vials bought directly from morrispeppy.com. If a vial arrives with a broken seal, mismatched lot number, or anything that looks altered, don't use it. Contact us right away.
