Research use only. Not for human consumption. Morris Peppy supplies research materials, not treatments or personal-use products. No dosing advice or DIY injection kits.
01 · Data privacy
- Information collected: buyer names, contact details, delivery addresses, research declarations and any affiliation information provided.
- Purpose: handling orders, reviewing buyer eligibility, arranging delivery and responding to order or batch questions.
- Your rights: request access, corrections or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Processing details: see our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled and how to contact us.
- Ad cookies: optional ad-measurement cookies (Meta Pixel) run only if you allow them; see Privacy Policy, section 05.
02 · Who may purchase
- Legal capacity: be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter the purchase agreement and meet any higher applicable age requirement.
- Authorization: be authorized to purchase and sign for the buyer identified in the order, whether an organization or a legitimate independent laboratory researcher.
- Competence: have the training, facilities, equipment, protective measures and procedures appropriate for the material.
- Accurate details: provide truthful buyer details, contact information and the intended research purpose. Any affiliation information you provide must also be accurate.
- Lawful activity: obtain and maintain any permits, registrations or institutional approvals required for purchase, possession, transport and research.
- Verification: we may request reasonable supporting information. Entering a name or ticking a checkbox does not establish that an organization or research purpose has been verified.
03 · What you confirm at checkout
| Confirmation | What it means |
|---|---|
| Authorized purchaser | You have authority to purchase and sign for the buyer identified in the order. Any stated affiliation is truthful; independent researchers must also meet the laboratory and training requirements. |
| Controlled in-vitro research only | The intended work takes place in a suitable laboratory setting, outside a living human or animal. |
| No human or animal use | You will not administer the material yourself, supply someone else to do so, or resell it for those uses. |
- This statement explains our public research-use standards. The buyer separately reviews and signs the order-specific Research Use Agreement at checkout.
- Each purchase requires fresh confirmations and a full-name electronic signature. Account creation or an earlier signature does not replace acceptance for a new order. Do not order if you cannot truthfully make these confirmations.
04 · Testing, COAs and their limits
- Before release: each newly received batch is independently tested, including restocks from the same manufacturer production lot.
- Up to ten checks: purity, quantity, identity, heavy metals, endotoxins, fentanyl screening, multi-vial conformity, solubility, product integrity and sterility.
- Read the status: “testing in progress” or “COA pending” means a final report is not yet available. It is not a passing result.
- Match the record: check the product, strength and batch against the vial and the original report. Published batch records appear on Lab Results.
- Verify the source: use the exact batch’s laboratory verification link. Every Vanguard report for our first four batches, including the three rejected lots, is public on Verified by Vanguard and linked from Lab Results.
- Know the limit: a COA records the tested sample, methods and findings. Purity or sterility results do not establish safety, a human dose, clinical effectiveness or regulatory approval.
- Separate checks: purchase verification checks Morris Peppy provenance; laboratory verification checks the COA’s source.
05 · Handling, storage and transfer
| Stage | Purchaser responsibility |
|---|---|
| Receipt | Check the label, batch and packaging. Keep the packing slip and batch documentation; report discrepancies before using the material. |
| Storage | Follow the specific product label and applicable safety information. Restrict unauthorized access; keep research materials separate from food, medicines and personal-use supplies. |
| Laboratory handling | Use trained personnel, written procedures, suitable PPE and containment. Keep records linking the material and batch to the research activity. |
| Institutional transfer | Keep any permitted transfer within a lawful research setting. Preserve labels, warnings and batch documentation; follow institutional controls and applicable law. |
| Disposal | Manage unused material, vials and contaminated supplies under lawful laboratory-waste procedures. Do not dispose of them in household rubbish, drains or waterways. |
06 · Review, refusal and suspected misuse
- We may pause review, request clarification, refuse or cancel an order, restrict an account or decline future transactions where information is incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent or suggests prohibited use.
- Examples include a false organization name, a request for a personal injection protocol, or an intention to relabel the material as a supplement.
- Relevant records may be preserved and provided where disclosure is required by law, court order or a lawful government request.
- Cancellation and refund decisions remain subject to our published policies and applicable law; a compliance concern does not automatically erase non-waivable rights.
07 · Responsibilities, claims and governing terms
- Research reference only: website articles, support messages and COAs are not medical, treatment or veterinary advice.
- After delivery: you remain responsible for your personnel, facilities, use, storage, security, records and disposal.
- Misuse: responsibility for misuse, unlawful handling or material breach is governed by the order-specific agreement and applicable law. The agreement does not exclude responsibility for the Seller’s own negligence, fraud or breach, or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- 30-day returns: unopened, unaltered vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for full store credit, or a GCash refund minus a 30% restocking fee, under the Refund Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Governing law: Republic of the Philippines. Read this statement alongside the Terms & Conditions, Consumer Policies, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, product labels and order-specific terms.
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
08 · Supporting records for a regulatory review
- Business identity: applicable business registration, responsible contact and business address should accompany any formal submission.
- Product identity: exact compound, strength, manufacturer or supplier documentation, product label and batch code.
- Purchaser and transaction: the actual order, any affiliation information provided, research declarations, signed acceptance and relevant correspondence.
- Testing: the original issuing laboratory’s report and verification record for the exact batch, once published. Identify pending reports as pending.
- Regulatory documents: any applicable authorizations or written classification decisions for the specific product or activity. This statement does not replace them.
