Privacy Policy

Effective August 30, 2026 · Last updated September 26, 2026

Read what information we collect for orders and accounts, who receives it, and how to request access, correction or deletion.

01. Information we collect

Do not send medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request information that is legally necessary.

02. How we collect and use information

We collect information when you submit an order request, join a notification list, contact support, submit a claim, or interact with the website. We use it to review research qualifications, verify and fulfill approved orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, maintain certification and compliance records, administer testing and guarantee records, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our services.

We use personal information only for declared, legitimate purposes and limit collection to what is reasonably necessary.

03. Payments

We accept GCash only and use your transaction reference to verify payment. Morris Peppy receives the information needed to confirm a transaction, but we do not ask for or store your GCash password, PIN, or login credentials.

04. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose only the information reasonably needed to hosting providers, form and email services, payment-verification providers, delivery partners, independent laboratories involved in an authorized claim, professional advisers, or public authorities when required by law.

Providers are expected to process information only for the service they perform and to protect it appropriately.

05. Cookies and site data

We also keep anonymous visit statistics on our own servers: daily counts of page views, visitors and key steps such as sign-ups and checkout. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address, email, account or order details; a visitor is counted once per day using a one-way code that changes daily and cannot identify you.

We use browser storage and cookies for cart state, research-use confirmations and sign-in sessions. These are needed for the site to work.

Meta Pixel measures website visits and interactions for our ads and can send browser and event data to Meta. It runs only if you allow it, using the optional checkbox on our entry screen. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can change your choice here at any time.

Ad measurement is off.

You may also restrict cookies in your browser, although some functions may stop working correctly.

06. Retention and security

Order, qualification, and certification records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for order review and fulfillment, customer support, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and guarantee administration. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

07. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about processing, access your data, correct inaccurate information, object to or withdraw consent from certain processing, request blocking or deletion where permitted, receive portable data where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

08. Minors, changes, and contact

Our products and purchasing process are intended only for people at least 21 years old with legal capacity to contract, purchasing for a legitimate research organization or as a qualified independent laboratory researcher. We do not knowingly solicit orders or personal information from minors. We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change; the date above will show the latest revision.

Optional customer accounts

If you create an account, we use your verified email to sign you in and match confirmed orders placed with that email. You may save your name, phone number, and up to five delivery addresses. Profile details and addresses are encrypted in our account database. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, verified email address, and Google account identifier to create or access your customer profile. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. Creating an account also subscribes you to Morris Peppy emails about rewards, new products and batch reports. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails; your account stays active. Creating an account does not reserve stock or place an order. Guest checkout is also available.

You can edit your details or remove saved addresses in your account. Contact us to request account deletion; transaction records may be retained where required. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. When a link opens in another browser, we ask you to confirm the receiving email address.
