Who this page is for
This page is for organisations that need more than a single vial, or that order the same materials repeatedly:
- Universities and university research laboratories.
- Hospital and clinical research units running in-vitro work.
- Contract research laboratories working on behalf of clients.
- Quality control laboratories that need reference material with batch documentation.
- Independent research groups planning a series of experiments.
If you are an individual researcher ordering a few vials, the standard shop and bundle builder are the quickest route.

Batch documentation and testing
Every batch is sent to an independent testing laboratory in the United States. Each batch goes through up to 10 checks, including identity, quantity, endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals and fentanyl screening. The Certificate of Analysis is specific to the lot, so the report you file matches the vials you receive.
Testing results are currently pending until the first reports publish. You can follow status on Lab Results, and our guide on how to read a peptide COA explains each section of the report. For more on testing, see our COA guide and batch traceability.

Receiving, storage and handling
When a shipment arrives, check the product, strength, quantity, seals and lot numbers against your order, and report a broken, leaking or wrong item within 72 hours with an unboxing video. These guides cover the details:
