Ordering and delivery
When can I order?
Now. Ordering is open, and payment is by GCash.
Where can I buy research peptides in the Philippines?
Directly from morrispeppy.com. We sell only through this website, with no resellers, distributors or marketplaces, so every vial can be traced to its batch record. We ship nationwide, with same-day delivery in Metro Manila (NCR). Browse research peptides. See our buyer’s guide for what to check before paying any supplier.
Which research peptides do you carry?
Our catalog includes Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 / TB-500, GHK-Cu, KLOW, MOTS-c, CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Semax, Selank, Cagrilintide, NAD+, and Glutathione. Each product page shows its strength, price and batch testing status. All products are for in-vitro laboratory research only.
Who can buy from Morris Peppy?
Buyers must be at least 21 years old and purchase for a legitimate research organization or as a qualified independent laboratory researcher. Every order includes a signed Research Use Agreement. See our Research Compliance Statement.
Do you offer discounts on multiple vials?
Yes. Mixing any vials in your cart unlocks automatic discounts: 11% off 3 vials, 16% off 5 vials and 31% off 10 vials. Use Build a Bundle to combine products.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
No. We deliver within the Philippines only: NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. See shipping and delivery for rates and timing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, within NCR Monday–Friday when payment is sent before 12 noon PHT. We use JRS Express, Lalamove and GrabExpress. Delivery depends on courier availability, traffic and weather.
What happens to weekend or after-cutoff orders?
After-cutoff orders ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a national holiday.
How much is shipping?
Same-day NCR delivery costs ₱400. Nationwide J&T delivery costs ₱350. Orders over ₱6,000 qualify for free shipping, including same-day NCR. An order totaling exactly ₱6,000 does not qualify.
How long does nationwide delivery take?
J&T estimates are 1–3 days for Metro Manila, 1–5 days for Luzon outside NCR, and 3–7 days for Visayas and Mindanao, excluding dispatch day. Remote-area timing depends on the address; island routes and courier delays can take longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
GCash only. Send the exact amount shown at checkout, then upload your GCash screenshot so we can confirm payment. For same-day NCR delivery, send your payment before 12 noon PHT.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. The outer packaging is plain and unbranded, and Morris Peppy branding appears only on the packaging inside. Vials are packed for protection during delivery.
How do I check an order or report a delivery problem?
Sign in to My Account and open Orders. For a missing, overdue or damaged parcel, email support@morrispeppy.com with your order number and the problem. Include your unboxing video. Shipping protection covers products lost or damaged in transit: we replace them, or refund them if the product is out of stock.
What should I check when my parcel arrives?
Compare the product, strength and quantity with your order and batch-code packing slip. Check the vial seals and glass, then match the lot and cap color to the batch record. Film the unboxing, and keep the video and the packaging if you need to contact us about damage or a mismatch.
Testing and verification
How can I check that Morris Peppy is legitimate?
Use the same checks you would apply to any supplier: match your vial’s lot number on Verify Product, confirm each report with the issuing laboratory, read how we test and our refund policy, and compare us against the checklist in Choosing a Research Peptide Supplier in the Philippines.
Who is behind Morris Peppy?
Morris Peppy is a team of medical professionals licensed in the Philippines. We supply materials for in-vitro laboratory research; we do not provide clinical services or medical advice.
Who tests your batches?
Independent U.S. laboratories perform our testing. Our first lots were tested at Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington, and every report names the lab that issued it.
What are the 10 checks?
Purity, quantity, identity, endotoxins, heavy metals, multi-vial conformity, fentanyl screening, solubility, product integrity and sterility. The batch COA lists the results and methods.
Do you test restocks from the same manufacturer lot?
Yes. Every newly received batch is independently tested before release, including a restock from a manufacturer lot we have already purchased.
Why is purity testing alone not enough?
Purity does not tell you the vial’s quantity, confirm every contaminant is absent, or establish sterility. That is why we check identity, quantity, contamination and the other items in our 10-point panel separately.
How do I verify my vial and COA?
Find the lot number on your Morris Peppy vial label. Use Verify Product to match that number and the cap color to the batch record, then verify the report with the issuing lab. This helps identify reused or mismatched COAs, but cannot completely prevent fraud.
What does “testing in progress” mean?
The completed batch report is not published yet. It is not a passing result. We publish the batch COA when testing is complete and do not substitute another batch’s report.
Does 99% purity mean the vial contains the right amount?
No. Purity and quantity are different measurements. A vial can have high purity but contain less material than its label states. Check both the purity result and the measured quantity on the COA.
Does “not detected” mean zero?
It means the test did not detect the substance at or above its stated detection limit. Read that limit and the units on the report; “not detected” is not a claim of absolute zero.
Can I read the COA before ordering?
Completed COAs are published on Lab Results before a batch is released. The current cards show testing in progress; they are not completed reports. Once published, check the product, strength and lot before relying on the results.
Can a genuine COA belong to a different vial?
Yes. A genuine report confirms the sample tested by the lab; it does not identify every vial a seller ships. Match the lot number on your Morris Peppy label and the cap color to our batch record, then authenticate the report with the issuing lab.
What if the QR code or report link does not open?
Enter the full lot manually on Verify Product. For a missing or broken report, email support@morrispeppy.com with the lot and photos of the label and cap. A broken link alone does not prove a report is fake.
Storage and handling
How should I store unopened lyophilized vials?
On arrival, refrigerate unopened lyophilized vials at 2–8°C for short-term storage. For longer-term storage, −20°C or below is preferred. Keep vials sealed, away from light and moisture, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Does a broken powder cake mean the product is damaged?
A freeze-dried cake can break into loose powder during handling. Its shape alone cannot establish purity, quantity or contamination. Check the seal and glass for damage and use the matching batch COA to review the test results.
Does a warm parcel mean the peptide has failed?
Not necessarily. Dry peptides can tolerate short periods at ambient temperature during transit, but heat exposure and stability vary by compound. Store unopened vials cold on arrival. If a parcel is unusually hot or delayed, keep it sealed and contact us with the order number and delivery details.
Where in the refrigerator should I keep unopened vials?
Keep them in a closed container in the main compartment, away from light and moisture. Avoid the refrigerator door, where temperatures change more often. During a power interruption, keep the door closed and record the duration and temperature if available.
Do you provide dosing or mixing instructions?
No. We do not provide reconstitution instructions, dosing advice, administration protocols or clinical recommendations. Our products are for controlled in-vitro laboratory research, not use in people or animals.
How should unused research material be disposed of?
Treat unused material, prepared solutions and emptied vials as laboratory chemical waste. Follow your laboratory’s or institution’s waste procedures and local environmental rules. Do not pour material down a drain or put it in household trash, and keep containers labelled with the product and lot number until they are collected for disposal.
Returns and account help
What is your return policy?
Return any unopened vial within 30 days of delivery for full store credit, or a GCash refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Email support@morrispeppy.com with your order number before sending anything. We’ll send return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
The buyer pays, unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged or defective item.
How do I sign in or create an account?
Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email to receive a one-use sign-in link. Your account is created when you first sign in. Email links expire after 15 minutes; if opened in a different browser, you may be asked to confirm the receiving email address.
How can I contact you?
Email support@morrispeppy.com or message us on Telegram. We reply on Telegram within 1–3 hours and by email within one business day. For order help, include your order number; for a product or report question, include the product name, lot number and photos of the label and cap.
