Order processing time
- Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days.
- Dispatch runs Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. Weekend orders ship Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
- GCash only. Payment is confirmed before packing; payments under review wait until cleared.
- We send a dispatch notification and tracking details after courier handoff.
Where we deliver
- Philippines only: NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
- Same-day service is available within Metro Manila.
- Remote areas: courier coverage and timing confirmed by address.
- Street addresses only—we don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Lab and institutional addresses receive processing priority.
Packaging & handling
- Discreet outside: the outer packaging is plain and unbranded; Morris Peppy branding appears only inside.
- Protected vials: padding helps absorb knocks; a tamper-evident inner pouch keeps them sealed.
- Cooling when needed: packs are included based on the route and weather. Delivery is not temperature-controlled.
- Batch details included: your packing slip lists the batch code.
- Follow your parcel: we send tracking details when it leaves us.
- Check on arrival: inspect the vials and seals before discarding the packaging.
- Something damaged? Send your unboxing video within 72 hours if a vial is broken, leaking or has a damaged seal.
Shipping protection
- We replace lost or damaged orders bought directly from us, or refund them if the product is out of stock.
- Check for broken vials, leaks, damaged seals or incorrect items on arrival.
- Report issues within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video: one continuous recording of opening the parcel, starting with it sealed and its shipping label in view.
- Keep the packaging. Contact us before returning anything.
Address & missed deliveries
- Provide the recipient’s name, full address, active phone number and access instructions.
- Request address changes before dispatch. Arrange someone to receive the parcel.
- Missed or returned delivery? Contact us to rebook. Any fee is confirmed first.
- Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient or refused delivery.
- Choose a secure handoff. We aren’t responsible for loss after a parcel is left unattended at your request.
Delayed or missing parcel?
- Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not the order date.
- Weather, holidays and courier backlogs can extend arrival times.
- Marked delivered? Check with your household or reception and the courier.
- Still missing or overdue? Send us your order number so we can help trace it.
Research peptide delivery across the Philippines
- Metro Manila: same-day NCR delivery Monday–Friday when payment is sent before 12 noon PHT. Flat fee: ₱400.
- Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Baguio and nationwide: J&T Express delivery is ₱350 flat. Arrival depends on the destination and courier tracking; same-day service applies only to NCR.
- Orders over ₱6,000: free same-day NCR or nationwide delivery.
Check your delivery
What should I check when my parcel arrives?
Compare the product, strength and quantity with your order and batch-code packing slip. Check the vial seals and glass, then match the lot and cap color to the batch record. Film the unboxing, and keep the video and the packaging if you need to contact us about damage or a mismatch.
