Match the vial to the batch record

Cap color and photographs help, but are not unique proof. If a record is pending or an identifier does not match, keep the vial sealed and request clarification through the Telegram chat.

A warm parcel needs context

Touch alone cannot show how hot the contents became or for how long. A prior COA records the tested sample before later transport; it is not a temperature logger. Brief ambient transit and prolonged heat exposure are different situations.

Record the delivery time and any unusual delay or heat exposure. Store the unopened vials appropriately and contact us if concerned. Do not declare a sample either ruined or unaffected from parcel warmth alone.

Store unopened dry vials appropriately

Our guidance is 2–8°C for short-term storage and −20°C or below for longer storage, with the vial sealed and protected from moisture and light. Allow a cold sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation. These instructions apply to dry lyophilized vials, not BAC Water or prepared solutions.

Document a problem clearly

• Order number and delivery date.
• Your unboxing video, starting with the sealed parcel and its shipping label, plus clear photos of the vial label and affected contents.
• Product, strength and full lot number.
• A short description: damaged, missing, wrong item, label mismatch or temperature concern.
