01 · Agreement and eligibility
- These terms apply between Morris Peppy Research and the person or organization using this website or submitting an order request.
- By using the website or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms and the linked Compliance Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.
- You must be at least 21 years old, have capacity to contract and be qualified and authorized to purchase and handle laboratory research materials, whether for a legitimate research organization or as an independent laboratory researcher.
- Provide accurate organization, contact, address and research-purpose information. Do not impersonate a laboratory or purchase on its behalf without authorization.
- If you cannot meet the research-use conditions, do not submit an order.
02 · Product use and purchaser responsibilities

03 · How an order is accepted

| Account or email signup | Creating an account or signing up for emails is not a purchase, paid reservation or guarantee of availability. |

| Checkout request | Submitting checkout requests an order. Acceptance depends on availability, accurate details, research qualification and payment verification. |

| Review | We may request reasonable supporting information, correct genuine pricing or inventory errors, or decline suspicious, unlawful or noncompliant requests. |

| Payment verification | Payment must be confirmed before dispatch. A submitted payment reference or receipt does not itself confirm acceptance. |

| Unable to fulfill | We may cancel an order we cannot fulfill and provide the appropriate refund. Applicable statutory rights remain in effect. |

04 · Prices and payment
- Currency: prices are in Philippine pesos. Review the selected strength, pack size, quantities, discounts and shipping charge before submitting.
- Payment method: GCash only. You must be authorized to use the payment account.
- Verification: follow the payment instructions issued for your order and retain your receipt while verification is pending.
- Price changes: listed prices may change; genuine listing or inventory errors may be corrected and affected orders reviewed.
- Shipping threshold: orders over ₱6,000 qualify for free same-day NCR or nationwide J&T shipping. An order of exactly ₱6,000 does not meet that threshold.
05 · Delivery within the Philippines

| After cutoff / weekends | Later payments ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday, or the next business day when Monday is a national holiday. |

- Provide the complete recipient name, street address, barangay, city or municipality, ZIP code, active phone number and access instructions. No P.O. boxes or international shipping.
- Paid shipping fees are non-refundable for returns caused by an incorrect address, unreachable recipient or refused delivery.
- If you request that a parcel be left unattended, we are not responsible for loss after it is left as requested, subject to applicable law.
- The outer packaging is plain and unbranded; Morris Peppy branding appears only inside. Each order includes a batch-code packing slip.

06 · Product information and batch reports
- Product photos identify the product; minor packaging changes alone do not establish a defect when the correct product and batch are supplied.
- The applicable batch Certificate of Analysis records sample-specific specifications, methods and test findings. Match the product, strength and batch before relying on a report.
- Each newly received batch is independently tested before release, including restocks from the same manufacturer production lot.
- “Testing in progress” or “COA pending” is not a passing result or a published certificate.
- Research descriptions and test results are not medical advice, instructions for human use or proof of clinical safety or effectiveness.
07 · Problems and returns

| Damaged, missing, incorrect or undelivered order | Contact support within 72 hours of delivery with the order number and an unboxing video: one continuous recording of opening the parcel, starting with it sealed and its shipping label in view. We replace or refund, and cover any return shipping. |

| 30-Day Returns | Unopened, unaltered vials with a matching lot number may be returned within 30 days of delivery, once per customer. After inspection, the buyer chooses store credit for the full price paid, or a GCash refund of the price paid minus a 30% restocking fee. Contact us for written instructions first. The buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. |

- These procedures do not exclude rights or remedies that Philippine law does not allow parties to waive.
08 · Website conduct and intellectual property
- No false order details, impersonation, fraud, interference with site security or operation, or unlawful use of the service.
- Do not copy, alter or republish Morris Peppy branding, labels, original photographs, graphics, copy or site design to sell another product without written permission.
- Generic scientific names remain subject to public nomenclature and applicable third-party rights.
- We may refuse service, cancel pending requests or preserve relevant evidence where misuse is suspected, and report conduct where legally required.
09 · Responsibility and limits
- You are responsible for your research facilities, personnel, protocols, secure storage, handling, records and lawful disposal.
- Website and research-reference content are provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide medical, clinical, legal or regulatory advice.
- For claims that may lawfully be limited, Morris Peppy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unlawful use, improper storage or handling, purchaser address errors or events beyond reasonable control.
- No provision excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
10 · Privacy, governing law and updates
- See our Privacy Policy for personal-information handling and applicable privacy rights.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are handled by courts or agencies with lawful jurisdiction.
- Revisions apply prospectively with an updated date; they do not remove rights already provided by applicable law.
