Morris Peppy accepts GCash only. Every payment is matched to an order and checked manually before anything is packed, which keeps each payment tied to one order record and one delivery. Payments under review wait until they are cleared.

Before you pay
- Sign in. An account is needed to check out. Use Continue with Google, or get a one-time code by email on My Account. Your account is created the first time you sign in, and it lets you track orders and use rewards points.
- Enter buyer and delivery details. Name, email, a Philippine mobile number and a street address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Confirm research use. Select your research purpose and sign the order-specific Research Use Agreement with your full name. Buyers must be at least 21.
- Check the total. The amount to send includes bundle pricing, any points or codes and delivery.
Paying with GCash, step by step
- On the payment step at morrispeppy.com, scan the GCash QR code shown on screen with your GCash app.
- Send the exact amount displayed. The exact amount is used to match your payment to your order.
- Take a screenshot of the GCash receipt.
- Back at checkout, upload the screenshot.
- Press “I’ve sent payment” and wait for the confirmation screen with your order number.
- Keep your GCash receipt until the order has shipped.
What happens after payment

For same-day NCR delivery (₱400), send payment before 12 noon PHT, Monday–Friday. After the cutoff or on weekends, orders go out the next business day. Nationwide J&T delivery is ₱350, and orders over ₱6,000 ship free.
Tracking your delivery
Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not the order date. Use the tracking link in your shipped email, or sign in, open Orders in My Account and tap Track order. Weather, holidays and courier backlogs can extend arrival times; see shipping and delivery for estimates by region.
When the parcel arrives, compare product, strength and quantity with your order, and match the lot and cap colour on Verify Product. Report a broken, leaking or wrong item within 72 hours with an unboxing video. Our guide to receiving a shipment walks through each check.
Account and rewards points
- Earn 5 points per ₱200 spent after discounts, excluding shipping. Points are credited when the order is delivered.
- 1 point = ₱1 off a future order. The minimum redemption is 100 points.
- Store credit from a return is added to your account as points.
Returns and refunds
Any unopened, unaltered vial bought directly from morrispeppy.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You choose full store credit, or a GCash refund to your original GCash account minus a 30% restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the vial. GCash safety tips
- Only pay inside checkout on morrispeppy.com. Type the address yourself rather than following a link from a message.
- We will never ask for your GCash PIN or OTP. Anyone who does is not Morris Peppy.
- We do not take payment through personal accounts sent in chats, and we have no resellers collecting payment for us.
- Once order codes are issued, check your purchase record through order authentication on Verify Product and keep the code private.
