Cutoff times and weekends
Send your GCash payment before 12 noon PHT, Monday to Friday, for same-day delivery. Payments sent after noon ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a national holiday. Same-day timing depends on rider availability, traffic and weather.

What to check when your parcel arrives
- Compare the product, strength and quantity with your order and the batch-code packing slip.
- Check each vial’s seal and glass, then match the lot number and cap color to the batch record.
- Refrigerate unopened lyophilized vials at 2–8°C.
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 72 hours, with an unboxing video: one continuous recording of opening the parcel, starting with it sealed and its shipping label in view.
