Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days, and dispatch runs Monday to Friday. You receive tracking details once the parcel is handed to J&T. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not the order date, and weather or courier backlogs can extend them.
Warm weather and transit
Dry, freeze-dried peptides tolerate short periods at room temperature in transit, and cooling packs are added depending on the route and weather. Refrigerate unopened vials as soon as they arrive. - Check each vial’s seal and glass, then match the lot number and cap color to the batch record.
- Refrigerate unopened lyophilized vials at 2–8°C.
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 72 hours, with an unboxing video that starts with the sealed parcel and its shipping label in view.
